1. Service operator and agreement

Rolematic is provided by Anzhelika Oganova IE, 140 Antarain St, Yerevan 0009, Armenia (“Rolematic”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern your use of the Rolematic website and job-monitoring service.

Before activating monitoring, you are asked to confirm that you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Your acceptance is recorded with the applicable Terms and Privacy Policy versions. Optional marketing-email consent is requested separately and is not required to use Rolematic.

2. What Rolematic does

Rolematic checks selected employer career pages and other supported public sources, compares open positions with the search profile you configure, shows results in a dashboard and can email you job updates.

We are an independent job-discovery service, not a recruiting agency or employer. We do not submit job applications for you. Links take you to the original employer or recruiting site.

3. Coverage, matching and availability

We cannot guarantee full coverage of every company, complete or immediate job updates, uninterrupted access, or perfect matching. Employer websites may change, block automated access, remove listings or publish inaccurate information.

Rolematic automatically evaluates and ranks vacancies against the search settings you provide, such as job title, seniority, selected companies, location, remote and relocation preferences. A relevance score reflects how closely a vacancy matches those settings. It is not a prediction of your likelihood of receiving an interview or being hired and is not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Always verify job details, deadlines, requirements and application instructions on the original posting before you act. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, third-party outages or technical reasons.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You may use Rolematic only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your email account and any links that grant account access. Provide accurate account information and use Rolematic for lawful personal or professional job discovery.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or systematically copy the Rolematic service, interfere with its infrastructure, abuse email delivery, introduce malicious code, use the service for unlawful activity, or access another user's information. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect Rolematic, its users or third parties, subject to applicable law.

5. Monitoring periods and email communications

Monitoring availability, duration and scope depend on the plan associated with your account. If a plan provides access for a fixed period, that period will be shown before activation or purchase.

You can change search settings and disable job-update emails. Turning job-update emails off is not the same as ending a monitoring period or deleting an account. When a monitoring period ends, automatic checking and updates may stop until a new valid period is activated.

Job alerts, authentication messages, security notices and messages you directly request are service communications. Marketing communications are separate and, where required by law, will be sent only if you separately opt in or another lawful basis applies. You can withdraw a marketing opt-in without losing access to Rolematic.

6. Plans and payments

If you purchase a paid plan or monitoring period, the applicable price, currency, billing cycle or fixed term, included access and any taxes or charges will be shown before you authorise payment. We will not charge you unless you expressly authorise the transaction.

If a plan renews automatically, the renewal cycle and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase. Cancelling future renewal does not by itself create a right to a refund for a period already paid for, except where a refund, cancellation or withdrawal right is required by applicable law or expressly offered at checkout.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Rolematic does not collect or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. We may receive limited transaction information needed to confirm payment, manage access, process refunds or disputes, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

7. Job listings and third-party content

Job titles, descriptions, company names and related links remain the property of their respective owners. We present links and limited information for discovery purposes. External applications, hiring decisions, website access and employer communications are governed by third parties, not Rolematic.

We do not endorse every employer or listing and are not responsible for third-party content, changes to external websites, employer conduct or recruitment outcomes.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

Rolematic's original interface, branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service as permitted by these Terms; no other rights are granted.

If you send ideas, bug reports or feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the service without payment or restriction, provided this does not transfer ownership of confidential or protected material you did not have the right to share.

9. Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy describes what personal information we process, why we process it, how long we retain it and the choices available to you. It forms part of the information provided with these Terms but does not make optional marketing consent a condition of using Rolematic.

You may request deletion of your Rolematic account by contacting support@rolematic.app or privacy@rolematic.app. We may verify that you control the account before acting on the request, and limited records may be retained where required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rolematic is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete job coverage or a particular employment outcome. We are not responsible for missed opportunities, hiring decisions, employer conduct, inaccurate or removed third-party listings, or failures of external websites and services outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of opportunity, profits, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of Rolematic or reliance on job information obtained through the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections and liability arising from fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.

11. Changes, suspension and ending access

We may update the service and these Terms for operational, security, commercial or legal reasons. Where applicable law requires advance notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it before the change takes effect.

You may stop using Rolematic at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements or material breach of these Terms. Any mandatory refund, withdrawal or consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. General legal terms

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including widespread internet or infrastructure outages, government action, natural disasters, labour disruption or failures of third-party systems that we could not reasonably prevent.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with any purchase terms presented at checkout and the policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing the relevant use of Rolematic.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that apply to you, disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

If mandatory law in your country of residence gives you protections or rights that cannot be waived by contract, including a right to bring a claim before a different competent court, these Terms do not take those rights away. Please contact us first if you believe there is a problem with the service so we can try to resolve it.
